Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack with Care

Carefully place the lamp in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals to ensure a full refund.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
